摘要 根据双矢量编程技术及砂带磨削工艺参数确定机床坐标轴运动性能参数,建立实体的单元数学模型,通过对六坐标数控磨床结构进行设计,实现砂带磨削力的精确控制,提高了叶片磨削精度及表面质量。对机床各阶固有振型进行了模态分析,采用动力学仿真分析对C轴进行结构优化,通过C轴控制砂带接触轮的接触线矢量方向。结果表明,机床的低阶固有振型对机床振动的影响最为明显,阶数越低,影响越大,低阶振型对机床的动态特性起决定作用。中空C轴、BC双摆头结构、强力磨削与随形抛光一体化砂带装置构成的砂带磨削单元可扩展移植到普通五轴叶片加工机床及多种专用机床。 According to the double vector programming technology and the belt grinding process parameters,the motion performance parameters of the coordinate axis of the machine tool are determined,the unit mathematical model of the entity is established,and the six axis CNC grinding machine for blade processing is designed,so as to realize the accurate control of the belt grinding force,improve the blade grinding accuracy and surface quality.The linear combination results of the natural vibration modes of the machine tool at all orders are reflected in the vibration of the machine tool.The low order natural vibration mode of the machine tool reflects the vibration of the machine tool most obviously.The lower the order is,the influence is greater.Therefore,the low-order vibration mode plays a decisive role in the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool.Through the dynamic simulation analysis,the RTCP algorithm is used to optimize the structure of the C axle,and the contact line vector direction of the contact wheel of the sand belt is controlled by C axis,strive for compact structure.The hollow C axis BC double swing head structure,strong grinding and conformal polishing integrated abrasive belt device together constitute an abrasive belt grinding unit,which can be expanded and transplanted to ordinary five axis blade processing machines and a variety of special machine tools.
