摘要 针对多轮次吞吐导致的地下存水增多、蒸汽热效率低、剩余油黏度大造成稠油开采更困难的问题,研究开发了具有耐高温、低表界面张力和快速渗透特点的助排剂,该剂具有使用浓度低(0.05%)、表面张力低(21.09 mN/m)、界面张力低(0.49 mN/m)的特点,耐高温达320℃,助排率达18.26%。通过与降黏剂复合使用,可达到降黏助排、提高采收率的目的。该体系在新庄油田新5007井进行现场实施,阶段增油254 t,峰值产油达8.4 t,实施效果显著。 Multi-turn huff and puff causes many problems in viscous oil recovery,such as increased underground water storage,low steam thermal efficiency,and high viscosity residual oil.A drainage aid agent is developed with high temperature resistance,low surface and inter-facial tension as well as rapid infiltration characteristics.The agent has many good features,such as low concentration(0.05%),low surface tension(21.09 mN/m),low inter-facial tension(0.49 mN/m),temperature resistance up to 320℃,discharge rate of 18.26%.In combination use with viscosity reducer,the aim of viscosity reduction,drainage and oil recovery can be achieved.The system is implemented in Xin 5007 Well of Xinzhuang Oilfield with a phase increase of 254 tons and a peak oil production of 8.4 tons,which shows the obvious effect.
