摘要
针对农村地区有机固体垃圾处理效果的问题,提出了一种以低温磁化技术为核心,辅以喷淋除尘技术的有机固体垃圾热解方法。研究结果表明:有机固体垃圾处理过程中二噁英排放浓度为0.0022 ng-TEQ/m 3,仅为国家排放标准的1/6,颗粒物浓度低于20 mg/m 3,氮氧化物为116 mg/m 3,HCl为6.54 mg/m 3,Hg、Be、Cr 6+、Se等重污染金属均未检出,降解后有机固体垃圾的灼减量达到1/300。
To improve the treatment effect of organic solid waste in rural area,this paper proposes a organic solid waste pyrolysis method,which is based on low-temperature magnetization technology and supplemented by spray dust removal technology.Results show that the dioxin emission concentration is 0.0022 ng-TEQ/m 3 in the treatment process,which is only 1/6 of the national emission standard,the concentration of particulate matter is less than 20 mg/m 3,nitrogen oxide is 116 mg/m 3,and HCl is 6.54 mg/m 3,heavy pollution metals such as Hg,Be,Cr 6+,Se are not detected.By using this new method,the ignition loss of organic solid waste after degradation can reach 1/300.
