高校党建与课程思政协同育人新途径研究

Collaborative Education of Party Building and Ideological and Political Education in Curriculum in Colleges

党的建设与课程思政建设是高校的重点工作,双方具有相辅相成、辩证统一的内在联系与契合度。如何构建“三全育人”的多主体的育人系统,在人才培养的各个环节加强对学生的思想价值引领,实现立德树人的根本任务,高校需要打破条块分割界限,统筹协调各个方面的资源与力量,形成渗透化和一体化的新型协同育人模式。本文在探究协同育人的内在逻辑关系、面临的共性问题的基础上,构建创新型协同育人教育内容与方法体系,为高校党建与课程思政协同育人工作探索富有创新意义与实践意义的新途径。

Party building and ideological and political education in curriculum are major tasks in university work.They are internally connected and complementing each other,which shows the feature of dialectical unity.To construct the multi-subject education system of“Three All-round Education”,strengthen the ideological and value guidance of students in personnel training,realize the fundamental task of moral education,colleges need to break fragmentation boundaries,collaborate resources and power in departments.Only in this way can colleges form a new type of collaborated education mode with feature of permeability and integration.This paper explores the inner logical connection of collaborative education and the common problems faced,and constructs an innovative system of collaborative education in teaching content and methods.The new ways explored in this paper has innovative and practical significance for Party building and ideological and political education in curriculum in colleges.
