新时代“三全育人”视域下高校辅导员专业能力的构成研究

Constitution of College Counselors’Professional Ability from Perspective of“Three All-round Education”in New Era

新时代“三全育人”视域下高校辅导员专业能力培养工作的开展是推动高校学生全面发展以及高校实际人才培养质量的有效策略,高校辅导员思政素养、管理能力以及专业知识储备亟待提升。但在实际的高校辅导员能力培养工作开展过程中,部分高校辅导员缺乏互联网思维,思政素养不足,加之工作存在形式化倾向,导致其竞争力不足。在具体的高校辅导员工作开展过程中,高校要不断优化辅导员培训机制,深化高校辅导员对于“三全育人”这一理念的理解,树立互联网思维,明确自身工作的重要性,优化工作方式,推动高校辅导员工作质量以及学生综合素养的提升。

The development of college counselors’professional ability training from perspective of“Three All-round Education”in the new era is an effective strategy to promote students’comprehensive development and the quality of practical talent training in colleges.College counselors’ideological and political literacy,management ability and professional knowledge reserves need to be improved urgently.However,in the actual process of developing college counselors’ability,some college counselors show their lack of Internet thinking,deficiency in ideological and political literacy,as well as their tendency to formalize the work,which results in their lack of competitiveness.Therefore,in the development of college counselor work,colleges should continuously optimize counselor training mechanism,deepen college counselors’understanding of“Three All-round Education”,establish their Internet thinking,clarify the importance of their work,optimize working methods,which helps to promote the quality improvement of college counselors’work and students’comprehensive quality.
