摘要 广东某电厂除氧器连续排汽管道没有设置流量监测装置,且连续排汽门为电动开关阀,没有调节作用,在机组运行中无法监测排汽流量和对排汽流量进行调节,导致除氧器排汽量较大,经济性较差。对超临界机组除氧器排汽系统进行改造,在保证除氧器良好除氧效果的同时,还获得了可观的经济效益,能够为同类电厂的技术改造提供参考。 There is no flow monitoring device in the continuous exhaust pipe of the deaerator of a power plant in Guangdong province,and the continuous exhaust valve is an electric on-off one with no regulatory function.Therefore,the steam exhausting flow during the operation of the unit can not be monitored and regulated,which results in a large steam exhausting volume of the deaerator and lowers its economy.The renovation of the steam exhausting system of the deaerator of the unit not only ensures its good deaerating effect but also obtains considerable economic benefits,which can provide reference for technical renovations in similar power plants.
