“新职教”视野下高职院校思政课“守正创新”研究

A Study on the “Integrity and Innovation” of the Course of Ideological and Political Theories in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the“New Vocational Education”

培养高素质技术技能人才是高职院校落实立德树人的根本任务要求,是新时代思政课重要使命和担当。为推动高职院校思政课高质量发展和高素质技术技能人才培养的提质增效,分析“新职教”的内涵、特征和要求,探讨“新职教”与高职院校思政课“守正”“创新”的内在联系,提出“新职教”与高职院校思政课耦合发展新路径。高职院校应当通过贯彻“新职教”理念来提升思政课教师的“职业教育自信”,通过整合“新职教”资源来提升思政课实效性,通过构建“新职教”实训实践与思政课社会实践的融合机制来解决思政课社会实践教学的空间和载体问题,通过建立以“新职教”为导向的高标准思政课教学考核体系来增强思政课教学考核适应性。

Training high-quality technical and skilled talents is the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people for vocational colleges as well as an important mission and responsibility of the course of ideological and political theories in the new era.In order to promote the high-quality development of the course and improve the quality and efficiency of the training of high-quality technical and skilled talents,this paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics and requirements of the “new vocational education”,discusses about the internal relationship between the “new vocational education” and the “integrity” and “innovation” of the course,and puts forward new ways of coupling development for the “new vocational education” and the course.Vocational colleges should enhance ideological and political teachers' “vocational education confidence” by putting the concept of the “new vocational education” into effect,improve the effectiveness of the course by integrating the “new vocational education” resources,solve the space and carrier problems of social practice teaching of the course by constructing an integration mechanism integrating the “new vocational education” practical training,practice and social practice of the course,and increase the adaptability of the teaching assessment of the course by establishing a high-standard “new vocational education”-oriented teaching assessment system of the course.
