高职院校新生认知分析及对策研究——以电力类高职院校为例

摘要 通过对重庆电力高等专科学校2022级全体新生进行问卷调查,深入剖析不同专业新生在学校认知、专业认知、学习目标,以及就业意向等方面的差异性表现,为更好地完善招生宣传内容、信息发布渠道、招生计划布局、就业指导服务等工作提供参考,为进一步提高学校生源质量、毕业生就业满意度奠定良好基础。 Based on a questionnaire survey on all the freshmen of Grade 2022 in Chongqing Electric Power College,this paper deeply analyzes the differences among the freshmen from different majors in the aspects of cognition of school,cognitional of majors,learning goals and employment intentions etc.,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the enrollment work such as contents of enrollment propaganda,channels of information release,the layout of enrollment plan and services of employment guidance,which will lay a good foundation for further enhancing the quality of students and the employment satisfaction of graduates.
