“五育融合”背景下劳动教育对大学生就业的促进作用研究

A Study on the Promoting Effect of Labor Education on College Students' Employment Under the Background of “Five-Education Integration”

就业是民生之本,是社会进步与发展的重要条件。“五育融合”背景下,劳动教育在学生成长发展过程中的价值得以肯定,对大学生健康意识、实践能力,以及就业情况的改善具有促进作用。但就目前高校劳动教育与大学生就业情况来看,社会、高校、家长、学生等主体对“五育融合”理念的贯彻程度有待提升。高校应贯彻落实社会主义核心价值观念,加强与教育部门、企业之间的合作,优化课程建设,完善家校合作方式,以推动高校就业率与学生综合素养的提升。

Employment is the foundation of the people's livelihood and am important condition for social progress and development.Under the “five-education integration” background,the value of labor education in the process of students' growth and development is affirmed,which has a promoting effect on the improvement of college students' health awareness,practical ability and employment situation.However,in terms of the current situation of labor education in colleges and universities and the employment of college students,the level of implementation of the “five-education integration” concept of the society,colleges and universities,parents,students and other subjects needs to be improved.Colleges and universities should implement the socialist core values,strengthen the cooperation with education departments and enterprises,optimize the curriculum construction,and perfect ways of home-school cooperation,to promote the enhancement of the employment rate and students' comprehensive literacy.
