C/C-SiC复合材料表面处理技术的探讨与展望

摘要 C/C-SiC复合材料以其优异的性能,成功应用于高温热结构件和制动摩擦材料领域。然而碳材料的高温氧化导致其性能急剧下降,直接影响材料的使用寿命和安全性,限制了C/C-SiC复合材料的广泛应用。C/C-SiC复合材料抗氧化的研究主要集中在界面改性、基体改性和抗氧化涂层等3个方面,而抗氧化涂层是较为直接、经济的防护手段。文章分析和总结了C/C-SiC复合材料表面处理技术的主要方法和最新研究进展,阐述了各类表面处理技术制备涂层的类型及应用领域,为C/C-SiC复合材料表面处理技术的应用与研究提供了新的思路与参考。 C/C-SiC composite has successfully found its application in the fields of high temperature structural parts and brake friction materials due to its excellent properties.The high temperature oxidation of carbon materials,however,results in a dramatic decrease of their performances,direct influence on the service life and safety of the materials and a limitation to the wide application of C/C-SiC composite.The study of oxidation resistance of C/C-SiC composite materials mainly focuses on the three aspects of interfacial modification,substrate modification and oxidation resistance coating,with the last one being the more direct and economic protection approach.This paper analyzes and summarizes major methods and recent research progress in surface treatment technology for C/C-SiC composite,and explains the types and application areas of the coatings prepared with various surface treatment technologies,which might be a useful guideline and reference to the application and study of the surface treatment technology for C/C-SiC composite.
