摘要
针对轨道车辆装饰板的结构特点及使用需求,研究了阻燃胶合板与异质饰面材料的粘接性能。饰面材料选取HPL、CPL、PP板材,调整粘压工艺过程参数,并通过对复合后的贴面胶合板产品进行胶合强度、浸渍剥离、表面耐冷热循环性能等性能分析,评价复合产品的粘接性能。经过试验分析,双组分API、环氧胶、水性白胶均可粘接饰面胶合板;API胶黏剂采用热压的胶合强度高于冷压,双组分环氧和水性白胶的强度值与API冷压的强度值相差不大;双组分API、环氧胶、水性白胶贴面胶合板的防潮性能、浸渍剥离率及表面冷热循环的测试无开裂、鼓泡等现象;以PP贴面胶合板为例,剥离力为API (热固化)>API (常温固化)>双组分环氧>水性白胶。
The adhesive properties of flame-retardant plywood on heterogeneous decorative facing materials are studied,targeting at the structural characteristics and application requirements of decorative sheet for railway wagons.With HPL,CPL and PP sheets as the facing materials and bonding process parameters adjusted,the adhesive properties of the recombined products are assessed by means of mechanical property analysis of bonding strength,dip stripping,surface resistance to hot and cold cycling of the faced plywood products.Analysis and test results indicate that bi-component API,epoxy glue,water-based white glue can all be used for veneered plywood;the bonding strength of API adhesive after hot pressing process is higher than that with cold pressing process;the strength of bi-component epoxy glue and water-based white glue is roughly the same as that of cold-pressed API glue;no cracking or bubbling occurred during the test of humidity resistance,impregnation stripping ratio and surface resistance to hot and cold cycling.Taking PP faced plywood for example,the stripping force of API(thermocured)>API(cured at ambient temperature)>bi-component epoxy glue>water-based white glue.
