为解决铁路货车水性漆涂装的各种难题,建成铁路货车整车自动化涂装生产线,通过固定式布局的自动喷涂系统,解决了传统滑轨式喷涂机器人投资成本高、维护困难、故障率高的问题;通过合理的自动喷涂路径规划,不断优化工艺参数,解决了水性漆自动化涂装中易流坠、易滴漆等问题,实现了铁路货车车体水性漆大批量自动化涂装。

In order to deal with various difficulties with the coating of water-based paint for rail freight cars,an automatic freight car coating line is established to overcome the problems with traditional sliding rail painting robots for their high cost of investment,difficult maintenance and high failure rate by means of regularly arranged automatic painting system.With the help of rational route planning for the automatic painting and constant optimization of process parameters,the trickling and dripping frequently occurred in automatic water-based paint coating operation is solved and the mass automatic coating of water-based paint is realized for railway freight car bodies.
