对持拍类项目运动员灵敏性研究的相关文献进行梳理分析,以提供乒乓球、羽毛球和网球项目运动员灵敏性测试的科学概况,同时评估其特性.共纳入266篇文献,包括30项敏捷性测试.结果显示,5项灵敏专项能力测试中,Badcamp测试和羽毛球专项Speed“(灵敏性”)测试均被确定为适用于羽毛球的灵敏素质测试,该结果将用作日常训练计划中的基本数据.对于网球和乒乓球,没有发现较为可靠有效的运动专项灵敏性测试.提高持拍类运动员变向能力、预判-决策能力、变换动作能力有助于竞技水平的提高.未来的研究应侧重于开发网球、乒乓球和羽毛球运动的专项灵敏素质测试,包括测试的信度和效度评估,为后期进一步深入研究提供一定的参考,以提高持拍类运动员的竞技运动表现.

Sensitivity is a manifestation of the human body’s ability in competitive sports.Exploring the testing methods and influencing factors of sensitivity quality in racket holding sports events plays a crucial role in im⁃proving the sensitivity testing training and competitive level of athletes in racket holding sports.This article aims to summarize and analyze the sensitivity research of athletes in racket holding events,in order to provide a scientific overview of sensitivity testing in table tennis,badminton,and tennis,and to evaluate its characteris⁃tics.A total of 266 articles were included,including 30 agility tests.The results showed that of the 5 sensitive special tests achievement test,both the Badcamp test and the badminton specific Speed“(Sensitivity”)test have been identified as sensitivity tests suitable for badminton,and the results will be used as basic data in daily training plans.For tennis and table tennis,no reliable and effective sports specific sensitivity tests have been found in China.Improving the directional ability,predictive decision-making ability,and movement changing ability of racket holding athletes can help improve their competitive level.Future research should fo⁃cus on developing specialized sensitivity tests for tennis,table tennis,and badminton,including reliability and validity assessments,to provide reference for further in-depth research in the future,in order to improve the competitive performance of racket holding athletes.
