摘要
目的:了解大学生利他行为的变化轨迹以及自我同情对利他行为变化的影响。方法:选取913名高校新生进行3次纵向追踪,每次间隔1年。采用大学生利他行为问卷(ABQ-CS)和大学生自我同情问卷(SCQ-CS)测量利他行为和自我同情水平,采用潜变量增长模型分析利他行为的变化轨迹和自我同情对利他行为变化的影响。结果:大学3年期间大学生的ABQ-CS得分呈下降趋势(P<0.01);3年间女生ABQ-CS得分均高于男生(均P<0.01);ABQ-CS得分的初始水平和变化速度有个体间差异(P<0.01);相关分析结果显示,截距和斜率呈负相关(r=-0.46,P<0.01);3个时间点的SCQ-CS得分分别可以正向预测3个时间点的ABQ-CS得分(β=0.53、0.51、0.54)。结论:大学生利他行为水平呈线性下降趋势,女生利他行为水平高于男生;较高的自我同情水平对当时大学生利他行为的上升具有促进作用。
Objective:To explore the trajectory of altruistic behavior in college students,and the effect of self-compassion on it.Methods:Totally 913 freshmen were selected for 3 longitudinal tracking with an interval of 1 year.Altruistic behavior and self-compassion were measured with the Altruistic Behavior Questionnaire of College Students(ABQ-CS)and Self-Compassion Questionnaire of College Students(SCQ-CS),and the trajectory of altru-istic behavior and the effect of self-compassion on it were analyzed by the latent growth model.Results:The ABQ-CS scores decreased linearly during three years(P<0.01),and the ABQ-CS scores were higher in girls than in boys(P<0.O1).The initial level and the rate of change of ABQ-CS scores varied from individuals.Correlation a-nalysis results showed that intercept and slope were negatively correlated(r=-0.46,P<0.01).The SCQ-CS scores at time points T1,T2 and T3 could positively predict the ABQ-CS scores at those times respectively(β=0.53,0.51,0.54).Conclusion:It suggests that the level of altruistic behavior in college students shows a linear downward trend.The level of altruistic behavior is higher in girls than in boys,and the higher level of self-compassion could promote the rise of altruistic behavior in college students at that time.
