摘要
以黄河流域城市为研究对象,运用超效率SBM测算了黄河流域98个城市2005-2020年的绿色全要素能源效率,构建面板模型时引用二阶段最小二乘法(2SLS)实证检验了黄河流域城市经济集聚对绿色全要素能源效率的影响,并进行了经济发展速度的异质性检验;同时使用中介效应模型检验了知识溢出、基础设施、环境规制和高质量劳动力的中介作用。研究表明:2005-2020年黄河流域城市绿色全要素能源效率呈上升趋势;黄河流域城市经济集聚对绿色全要素能源效率具有先促进后抑制的作用,呈现倒“U”型关系,异质性检验也得到相同结果;除了直接作用外,研究发现存在知识溢出、基础设施、环境规制和高质量劳动力这4个中介变量,据此提出了相关政策建议。
This article took the cities in the Yellow River Basin as the research object,calculated the Green all-factor energy efficiency of 98 cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2005 to 2020 by using the Super-efficiency SBM,and used the Two-stage Least Squares Method(2SLS)to empirically test the impact of urban economic agglomeration on the green all-factor energy efficiency in the Yellow River Basin when constructing the panel model,and tested the heterogeneity of economic development speed.This article also used the intermediary effect model to test the intermediary effect of knowledge spillover,infrastructure,environmental regulation and high-quality labor.The result of this article is that the impact of urban economic agglomeration on green all-factor energy efficiency in the Yellow River Basin presents an inverted“U”shape.And the results also show that it can pass the heterogeneity test and there are four intermediary variables:knowledge spillover,infrastructure,environmental regulation and high-quality labor force,and policy recommendations are put forward accordingly.
