基于能级跃迁的小微企业孵化路径研究

摘要 孵化器是为孵化企业能级跃迁蓄能的赋能器。基于能级理论视角,研究不同梯层下能位在能级创造过程中的能态变化。研究表明:在能量激发、点燃、助燃、入燃、燎燃的不同发展阶段,孵化企业所需的知识、项目、资源呈现出由初阶到中阶再到高阶的能位趋势。从静态需求层面分析,“创客-苗圃-孵化-加速-入区”阶段的发展能级需求对不同孵化器下的孵化企业有赋能作用,能够赋予梯层能态结构充足的递增能量;从动态层面分析,孵化企业项目、企业、资源、平台和生态成为能级跃迁的关键驱动发力点。这为小微企业的孵化、成长提供了一定参考。 The incubator is an energy storage and enabler for the energy level transition of incubating enterprises.From the perspective of energy level theory,the energy potential of different layers is studied in the process of energy level creation.The research shows that the knowledge,projects and resources required by incubating enterprises show a trend from the initial stage to the middle stage and then to the high level in the different stages of energy development,such as excitation,ignition,combustion support,ignition and ignition.From the static demand analysis,the development level requirements of“maker-nursery-hatching-acceleration-entering zone”and different incubators have an empowering effect on incubating enterprises,giving sufficient increasing energy to the ladder energy structure.From the dynamic analysis,incubating enterprise projects,enterprises,resources,platforms and ecology become the key driving force points of energy level transition.This provides a reference for the incubation and growth of small and micro enterprises.
