摘要
随着数字经济的发展,数字化转型成为企业实现高质量发展的重要路径,企业决策制定和执行者——高管团队对推动企业数字化转型具有重要意义。以2016-2020年中国A股中的制造业上市公司作为样本,研究高管团队断裂带对企业数字化转型程度的影响和作用机制。研究结果表明:高管团队任务断裂带与数字化转型程度之间具有正相关关系,高管团队关系断裂带与企业数字化转型之间具有负相关关系;动态能力中的适应能力在高管团队任务断裂带与企业数字化转型程度之间起中介作用,动态能力中的吸收能力和创新能力在高管团队关系断裂带与企业数字化转型程度之间起中介作用。这为企业数字化转型实践提供了理论基础。
With the development of the digital economy,digital transformation has become an important path for enterprises to achieve high-quality development,and the executive team,the decision makers and executors of enterprises,is of great importance in driving digital transformation.This paper takes manufacturing listed companies in China's A-shares from 2016-2020 as a sample to study the impact and mechanism of TMT faultlines on the degree of digital transformation of enterprises.The findings show that:There is a positive relationship between TMT task faultline and the degree of digital transformation,and a negative relationship between TMT relationship Faultline and the degree of digital transformation of enterprises;The adaptive ability of dynamic capabilities mediates the relationship between TMT task faultline and the degree of digital transformation of enterprises,and the absorptive ability and innovation ability of dynamic capabilities mediate the relationship between TMT relationship faultline and the degree of digital transformation of the company.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the practice of digital transformation in enterprises.
