针对性院内感染控制措施在养老机构院内感染控制中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Targeted Nosocomial Infection Control Measures in Nosocomial Infection Control of Elderly Care Institutions

目的:探讨针对性院内感染控制措施在养老机构院内感染控制中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月南京安宁医院收住的老年人100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规养老机构护理,观察组实施针对性院内感染控制措施。比较两组院内感染发生率、配合度、满意度和护理质量。结果:观察组院内感染发生率低于对照组,配合度评分、护理质量各项评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性院内感染控制措施能够降低养老机构院内感染发生率,提高医护人员的护理质量与老年人的配合度及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted nosocomial infection control measures in nosocomial infection control of elderly care institutions.Methods:A total of 100 elderly people who were admitted to Nanjing Anning Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing of elderly care institutions,and the observation group implemented targeted nosocomial infection control measures.The incidence of nosocomial infection,cooperation,satisfaction and nursing quality in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the cooperation score,nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nosocomial infection control measures can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection of elderly care institutions,improve the nursing quality of medical staff as well as the cooperation and nursing satisfaction of the elderly people.
