吞咽康复护理在出血性脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing of Swallowing in Patients with Dysphagia Caused by Hemorrhagic Stroke

目的:探讨吞咽康复护理在出血性脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年6月广东药科大学附属第一医院收治的出血性脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施吞咽康复护理。比较两组护理效果、吞咽功能、负性情绪、护理满意度。结果:观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组吞咽功能障碍量表评分低于对照组,吞咽功能透视检查评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:出血性脑卒中致吞咽障碍患者实施吞咽康复护理干预的效果理想,可改善其负性情绪,促进吞咽功能恢复,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of swallowing rehabilitation nursing in patients with dysphagia caused by hemorrhagic stroke.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2022,a total of 60 patients with dysphagia caused by hemorrhagic stroke admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out swallowing rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effect,swallowing function,negative mood,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the swallowing dysfunction scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the swallowing function fluoroscopy examination score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:The effect of swallowing rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with dysphagia caused by hemorrhagic stroke is ideal,which can improve their negative mood,promote the recovery of swallowing function,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
