家庭护理在居家治疗泌尿系疾病患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Family Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Urinary Diseases Receiving Home-Based Treatment

目的:探讨家庭护理在居家治疗泌尿系疾病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5—12月联勤保障部队第九四四医院和酒泉市人民医院收治的泌尿系统疾病患者450例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各225例。两组患者均居家治疗,根据患者具体病情给予相应的治疗方案。对照组给予常规护理和健康宣教,观察组给予家庭护理干预。比较两组生活质量、护理满意度及复发情况。结果:护理后,两组生活质量各项评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:家庭护理在居家治疗泌尿系疾病患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者生活质量及护理满意度,降低复发率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of family nursing in the nursing of patients with urinary diseases receiving home-based treatment.Methods:A total of 450 patients with urinary diseases who were treated in the 944th Hospital of the Joint Support Logistics Force and Jiuquan City People's Hospital from May 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 225 cases in each group.All the patients received home-based treatment,and corresponding treatment programs were given according to specific diseases of patients.The control group was given routine nursing and health education,and the observation group was given family nursing intervention.Quality of life,nursing satisfaction and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of family nursing in the patients with urinary diseases receiving home-based treatment,which can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate.
