综合护理在肺结核合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Diabetes

目的:探讨在肺结核合并糖尿病患者的护理中采用综合护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月湖南省胸科医院收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理。比较两组治疗依从性、心理弹性评分、负性情绪、血糖水平及护理满意度。结果:研究组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。护理后,研究组力量性、坚韧性、乐观性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红白蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:肺结核合并糖尿病患者实施综合护理的效果显著,可提高患者治疗依从性及护理满意度,改善不良情绪,有效控制血糖水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes.Methods:Eighty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes admitted to Hunan Chest Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing and the study group adopted comprehensive nursing.Treatment compliance,mental resilience score,negative emotion score,blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The treatment compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).After nursing,the scores of strength,tenacity and optimism in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes is remarkable,which can improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,ameliorate the negative emotion,and effectively control blood glucose levels.
