基于移动网络平台的多元化护理管理对口服华法林治疗患者的影响

Influence of Diversified Nursing Management Based on Mobile Network Platform in Patients Receiving Oral Warfarin Treatment

目的:分析口服华法林治疗患者实施基于移动网络平台的多元化护理管理的效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年3月于常德市第一人民医院心血管外科接受口服华法林治疗的104例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=53)与对照组(n=51)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于移动网络平台的多元化护理管理。比较两组复查依从性、国际标准化比值(INR)达标情况和抗凝知识掌握情况。结果:观察组复查依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。观察组INR达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。观察组抗凝知识总掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:口服华法林治疗患者实施基于移动网络平台的多元化护理管理的效果显著,可提高患者的复查依从性、华法林抗凝知识掌握率及INR达标率。

Objective:To analyze the influence of diversified nursing management based on mobile network platform in patients receiving oral warfarin treatment.Methods:A total of 104 patients treated with oral warfarin in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of the First People's Hospital of Changde City from October 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=53)according to random number table method.The control group adopted conventional nursing and the observation group adopted diversified nursing management based on mobile network platform.The compliance of reexamination,the rate of reaching the standard of international normalized ratio(INR)and the mastery of anticoagulation knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance of reexamination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).The rate of reaching the standard of INR in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).The total mastery rate of anticoagulation knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:The effect of diversified nursing management based on mobile network platform in patients receiving oral warfarin treatment is significant,which can increase the compliance of reexamination,the mastery rate of anticoagulation knowledge,and the rate of reaching the standard of INR.
