优质护理干预在结肠癌患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Patients with Colon Cancer

目的:分析优质护理干预在结肠癌患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的结肠癌患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施优质护理干预。比较两组术后恢复情况、癌因性疲乏程度、术后疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组术后肛门排气时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、胃管拔除时间、正常饮食时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组疲乏评估量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。术后2 h、12 h、3 d,研究组疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。结论:优质护理干预可促进结肠癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间,减轻癌因性疲乏及术后疼痛程度,减少术后并发症。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of colon cancer patients.Methods:A total of 120 colon cancer patients admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented high-quality nursing intervention.The postoperative recovery,cancer-related fatigue,postoperative pain,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative exhaust time,intestinal peristalsis recovery time,gastric tube removal time,normal diet time,and length of hospital stay in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the fatigue assessment scale scores in study group were lower than those in control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.019).At 2 h,12 h and 3 d after surgery,the pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention can promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce cancer-related fatigue degree and postoperative pain degree,and reduce postoperative complications in colon cancer patients.
