摘要
目的:分析护理实习生临床带教中应用心理调适的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月在广东省中医院实习的实习生30名作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各15名。对照组采取常规带教模式,观察组在对照组基础上应用心理调适。比较两组实习生实习结束后的考核成绩、自我能力评估情况及教学结果满意度。结果:观察组理论知识、实际操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组自我能力优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。观察组教学结果满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:临床带教时给予护理实习生适当的心理调适具有良好的教学效果,能有效提升实习生的考核成绩、自我能力。
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological adjustment in clinical teaching of nursing interns.Methods:A total of 30 interns in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 15 interns in each group.The control group implemented routine teaching mode,and the observation group implemented psychological adjustment on the basis of the control group.The assessment scores,self-ability assessment and satisfaction of teaching results in the two groups after the internship were compared.Results:The theoretical knowledge and operation assessment scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The excellent rate of self-ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).The satisfaction of teaching results in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:Appropriate psychological adjustment given to nursing interns during clinical teaching has a good teaching effect,which can effectively improve the assessment scores and self-ability of interns.
