摘要
目的测定覆盆子中黄曲霉毒素含量并对其进行安全性评价。方法覆盆子经取样、粉碎、过筛、70%甲醇匀浆提取、稀释、离心、免疫亲和柱富集、除杂、甲醇洗脱制样,使用C18色谱柱分离,光化学衍生器柱后衍生,并由荧光检测器测定结果。结果方法线性良好(r>0.999),平均回收率为93.8%~97.7%,RSD≤1.6%。结论中药材覆盆子被黄曲霉毒素污染的风险低,安全性较好。
Objective Determine the contamination of aflatoxin in rubi fructus.and conduct its safety evaluation.Methods Dermination progress is sampled,pulverized,sieved extracted with 70%methanol,diluted,centrfuged,purified and enriched by immunoaffinity column,separated by using C18 chromatographic column,quantified with fluorescence detection after hotochemical derivatization in the end.Results The method showed good linearity(r>0.999),average recoveries were within 93.8%~97.7%,with RSD≤1.6%.Conclusion The risk rate of rubi fructus contaminated by aflatoxin,is low,and safety of the Chinese medicinal material is reliantable.
