中药药浴联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸临床观察及对免疫功能的干预效果

Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicine Bath Combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice and the Effect of Intervention on Immune Function

目的探究中药药浴联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸及对免疫功能干预的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月江西省儿童医院收治的60例新生儿黄疸患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采取常规蓝光治疗,治疗组在此基础上采取中药药浴联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,比较两组治疗效果,免疫功能[T淋巴细胞(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+),免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgA],不良反应。结果治疗组的总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗5 d,两组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG、IgA较治疗前高,治疗组较对照组高,CD8+较治疗前低,治疗组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药药浴联合茵栀黄口服液可提高新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗效果,改善患儿免疫功能,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice and the effect of intervention on immune function.Methods Sixty children with neonatal jaundice admitted to Jiangxi Children's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional blue light,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with yinzhihuang oral liquid on this basis.The therapeutic effect,immune function[T lymphocytes(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),immunoglobulin(Ig)G and IgA],adverse reactionswere compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgG and IgA in both groups were higher than before treatment,while those in the treatment group were higher thanin the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine bath combined with yinzhihuang oral liquid can improve the blue light treatment effect of neonatal jaundice,improve the immune function of children,and does not increase adverse reactions.
