根据“温经化瘀消肿”理论采用少腹逐瘀汤联合芒硝外敷治疗成人腹股沟疝术后血清肿的疗效

According to the Theory of"Warming Meridians to Remove Blood Stasis and Detumescence",Study the Effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined Mirabilite External Application on Serum Swelling after Inguinal Hernia Surgery in Adults

目的观察少腹逐瘀汤加减联合芒硝外敷对成人腹股沟疝术后血清肿的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将2021年6月至2022年6月江西省中西医结合医院收治的80例成人腹股沟疝患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组加用少腹逐瘀汤加减联合芒硝外敷治疗,均连续治疗1周。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,切口愈合优于对照组,愈合率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组安全性均为1级。结论基于“温经化瘀消肿”理论的少腹逐瘀汤加减联合芒硝外敷对成人腹股沟疝术后血清肿治疗效果较好,利于促进切口愈合,降低并发症发生率,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of shaofu zhuyu decoction combined with mirabilite external application on serum swelling after inguinal hernia surgery in adults based on the theory of"warming meridians to remove blood stasis and detumescence".Methods 80 adult patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Jiangxi Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with modified shaofu zhuyu decoction for 1 week.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the wound healing was better than that of the control group,the healing rate was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The safety of both groups were level 1.Conclusion The modified shaofu zhuyu decoction combined with mirabilite external application based on the theory of"warming meridians to remove blood stasis and detumescence"has a good effect on the treatment of seroma after adult inguinal hernia surgery,which is beneficial to promote wound healing,reduce the incidence of complications,and has good safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
