摘要
目的探讨麦味地黄汤加减联合二甲双胍片对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖水平的影响。方法选取江西省中西医结合医院接收的88例T2DM患者,时间为2021年1月至2022年12月,随机分为对照组(n=44)、观察组(n=44),对照组口服二甲双胍片治疗,基于此,观察组联合麦味地黄汤加减治疗。均治疗1个月。比较两组疗效;于治疗前、后,比较两组血糖水平[空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)],炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血糖水平(FBG、2 hPG、HbAlc),炎症因子水平(CRP、TNF-α)均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麦味地黄汤加减联合二甲双胍片用于T2DM患者中,可提高疗效,降低血糖水平,减轻炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the effects of modified maiwei dihuang decoction combined with metformin tablets on blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 88 T2DM patients admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).The control group was treated with metformin tablets orally,based on this,the observation group was treated with modified maiwei dihuang decoction,all treated for 1 month.The efficacy of the two groups was compared;before and after treatment,blood glucose levels[fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)],inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis faction-α(TNF-α)]of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood glucose(FBG,2 hPG,HbAlc)and inflammatory factors(CRP,TNF-α)in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified maiwei dihuang decoction combined with metformin tablets can improve therapeutic effect,reduce blood glucose level and reduce inflammation in T2DM patients.
