微泵注射硝普钠对急性左心衰的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of micropump injection of sodium nitroprusside on acute left heart failure

目的分析微泵注射硝普钠对急性左心衰的治疗效果。方法62例急性左心衰患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组患者接受微泵注射硝酸甘油注射液治疗,观察组患者接受微泵注射硝普钠治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后心功能指标[血清脑钠肽(BNP)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]及治疗效果、治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗前BNP、SV、LVEF分别为(1850.86±137.65)pg/ml、(41.85±2.94)ml、(39.52±2.88)%,治疗后分别为(794.75±77.23)pg/ml、(65.82±4.49)ml、(55.97±3.84)%;对照组治疗前BNP、SV、LVEF分别为(1864.75±148.73)pg/ml、(41.72±2.35)ml、(39.46±2.74)%,治疗后分别为(922.53±83.75)pg/ml、(59.77±3.91)ml、(49.73±2.88)%。治疗前,两组BNP、SV、LVEF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BNP均低于本组治疗前,SV、LVEF均高于本组治疗前,且观察组BNP低于对照组,SV、LVEF均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率93.55%高于对照组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率9.68%低于对照组的32.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性左心衰患者接受微泵注射硝普钠可以改善其心功能水平,提升治疗效果,安全性较好,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of micropump injection of sodium nitroprusside on acute left heart failure.Methods A total of 62 patients with acute left heart failure were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 31 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with micropump nitroglycerin injection,and patients in the observation group were treated with micropump injection of sodium nitroprusside.Both groups were compared in terms of cardiac function indexes[serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment.Results In the observation group,BNP,SV and LVEF were(1850.86±137.65)pg/ml,(41.85±2.94)ml and(39.52±2.88)%before treatment,and(794.75±77.23)pg/ml,(65.82±4.49)ml and(55.97±3.84)%after treatment.In the control group,BNP,SV and LVEF were(1864.75±148.73)pg/ml,(41.72±2.35)ml and(39.46±2.74)%before treatment,and(922.53±83.75)pg/ml,(59.77±3.91)ml and(49.73±2.88)%after treatment.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in BNP,SV and LVEF levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,BNP in both groups were lower than that before treatment in this group,and SV and LVEF were higher than those before treatment in this group;BNP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;SV and LVEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of 93.55%in the observation group was higher than that of 74.19%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions of 9.68%in the observation group was lower than that of 32.26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micropump injection of sodium nitroprusside in patients with acute left heart failure can improve the level of cardiac function,and enhance their therapeutic effect with high safety,which has high clinical application value.
