输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后应用左氧氟沙星预防尿路感染的效果评价

Evaluation of levofloxacin for prevention of urinary tract infection after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy

目的探讨在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后应用左氧氟沙星预防尿路感染的效果。方法39例进行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗的上尿路结石患者,随机分为实验组(21例)和常规组(18例)。两组患者均进行输尿管软景软镜钬激光碎石术治疗,常规组患者术后服用阿莫西林进行尿路感染预防,实验组患者术后服用左氧氟沙星进行尿路感染预防。比较两组患者临床症状消失时间以及治疗效果。结果实验组患者尿急、尿痛、尿菌、体温升高消失时间分别为(3.18±0.31)、(2.26±0.21)、(3.98±0.96)、(3.31±1.05)d,均短于常规组的(5.23±0.96)、(4.67±0.85)、(5.02±0.07)、(5.22±0.84)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率95.24%高于常规组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后应用左氧氟沙星预防尿路感染,可以有效缓解患者临床症状,提升治疗效果,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To discuss the effect of levofloxacin for prevention of urinary tract infection after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods A total of 39 patients with upper urinary tract calculi who ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy were randomly divided into experimental group(21 cases)and conventional group(18 cases).After ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,patients in the conventional group received amoxicillin for prevention of urinary tract infection,and patients in the experimental group received levofloxacin for prevention of urinary tract infection.The recovery time of clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of urgent urination,urinalgia,urinary bacteria and elevated body temperature in the experimental group were(3.18±0.31),(2.26±0.21),(3.98±0.96)and(3.31±1.05)d,which were shorter than those of(5.23±0.96),(4.67±0.85),(5.02±0.07)and(5.22±0.84)d in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of 66.67%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of levofloxacin for the prevention of urinary tract infection after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
