中药塌渍结合耳穴压豆治疗慢性心力衰竭患者便秘的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains and ear point bean pressing on constipation of patients with chronic heart failure

目的分析中药塌渍结合耳穴压豆治疗慢性心力衰竭患者便秘的临床疗效。方法60例慢性心力衰竭便秘患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采取耳穴压豆结合中药塌渍治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后便秘症状评分、生活质量评分及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者便秘症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6个月,试验组患者便秘症状评分分别为(2.33±0.16)、(0.14±0.03)分,低于对照组的(3.27±0.21)、(2.59±0.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生理学、社会心理学、排便意识和满意度评分分别为(2.72±0.26)、(1.83±0.13)、(0.22±0.11)、(0.34±0.08)分,低于对照组的(4.33±0.45)、(3.35±0.13)、(2.38±0.30)、(2.19±0.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床总有效率83.33%高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药塌渍结合耳穴压豆治疗慢性心力衰竭患者便秘效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains and ear point bean pressing on constipation of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure and constipation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with ear point bean pressing traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains.The constipation symptom score and quality of life score before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in constipation symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the constipation symptom scores of the experimental group were(2.33±0.16)and(0.14±0.03)points,which were lower than those of(3.27±0.21)and(2.59±0.22)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiology,social psychology,defecation awareness and satisfaction of the experimental group were(2.72±0.26),(1.83±0.13),(0.22±0.11)and(0.34±0.08)points,which were lower than those of(4.33±0.45),(3.35±0.13),(2.38±0.30)and(2.19±0.31)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,which was higher than that of 40.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains and ear point bean pressing has a significant effect on constipation of patients with chronic heart failure,and is worth popularizing.
