早期肠内营养联合针灸对急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

Curative effect of early enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture on acute pancreatitis

目的:通过观察早期肠内营养联合针灸治疗急性胰腺炎(Acute Pancreatitis,AP)及早期肠内营养加西医基础治疗AP,比较两组患者住院时间、腹痛缓解时间、胃肠减压时间、血淀粉酶(Serum Amylase,SAMY)恢复时间,研究早期肠内营养联合针灸对AP患者的疗效。方法:研究纳入明确诊断为脂源性AP(轻中度)患者60例,按1∶1比例分为两组,一组给予早期肠内营养联合西医基础常规治疗,即早期肠内营养组(对照组),一组在对照组基础上予针灸治疗,即早期肠内营养联合针灸组(试验组),比较两组患者住院时间、腹痛缓解时间、胃肠减压时间、血SAMY恢复时间、综合疗效。结果:试验组住院时间为(7.3±2.2)d,对照组住院时间为(8.6±2.7)d,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。试验组胃肠减压时间为(4.6±0.6)d,对照组胃肠减压时间为(5.2±0.8)d,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。试验组腹痛缓解时间为(6.3±1.4)d,对照组腹痛缓解时间为(6.4±1.5)d,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。试验组SAMY恢复时间为(4.2±1.2)d,对照组SAMY恢复时间为(4.3±1.3)d,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:通过比较,早期肠内营养联合针灸治疗AP疗效优于早期肠内营养加西医基础治疗,能有效促进AP患者恢复,缩短患者病程,该治疗方式安全有效,值得推广。

Objective:To study the curative effect of early enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture on patients with acute pancreatitis by observing early enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture and early enteral nutrition combined with Western medicine basic treatment in the treatment of acute pancreatitis and comparing the length of hospital stay,abdominal pain relief time,gastrointestinal decompression time,and SAMY recovery time of the two groups.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with lipid-derived acute pancreatitis(mild to moderate)were included in the study and divided into two groups according to 1:1 ratio.One group was given early enteral nutrition combined with basic conventional Western medicine treatment,as early enteral nutrition group(the control group),and the other group was given acupuncture treatment based on the treatment in the control group,as early enteral nutrition combined acupuncture and moxibustion group(the experimental group).Hospitalization time,abdominal pain relief time,gastrointestinal decompression time,blood amylase recovery time and comprehensive efficacy evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results:The difference of the hospital stay in the experimental group of(7.3±2.2)d and in the control group of(8.6±2.7)d was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the gastrointestinal decompression time in the experimental group of(4.6±0.6)d and in the control group of(5.2±0.8)d was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission time of abdominal pain in the experimental group was(6.3±1.4)d,and that in the control group was(6.4±1.5)d,P>0.05,the difference was of no statistical significance.SAMY recovery time in the experimental group was(4.2±1.2)d and that in the control group was(4.3±1.3)d,P>0.05,the difference was of no statistical significance.Conclusion:By comparison,the curative effect of early enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture is better than that of early enteral nutrition combined with basic Western medicine treatment in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,it can effectively promote the recovery of patients and shorten the course of the disease.This treatment method is safe and effective,and is worth promoting.
