中医药治疗老年性黄斑变性的研究进展

将相关文献进行归纳、整理发现,老年性黄斑变性是一种全球范围内随着年龄增加而患病率提高的视网膜衰老疾病。根据破坏性侵入视网膜的血管的存在或缺失对其进行分类,即可分为干性老年性黄斑变性及湿性老年性黄斑变性。目前,老年性黄斑变性的发病机制尚不清楚。在治疗上,西医对于老年性黄斑变性的治疗焦点主要是抗血管内皮生长因子治疗,但此方案需要患者依从性高且会增加患者经济负担。中医学对老年性黄斑变性的认知及治疗维度取得了一系列丰硕成果。通过研究中医药治疗老年性黄斑变性的方式方法,从而明确认识其治疗效果,并且拓展其治疗范畴,为今后研究该病提供了一定的理论基础与依据,以将更优的治疗手段运用于临床。通过查阅大量的相关信息,将老年性黄斑变性的中医药治疗方案进行了一定程度上的概括。中医药治疗老年性黄斑变性的途径多式多样,疗效确切。中药汤剂、中成药及针刺在治疗老年性黄斑变性中发挥了重要的作用。中医药联合针刺、中西医并用治疗老年性黄斑变性取得更佳效果。大量临床试验结果表明,中医药在治疗老年性黄斑变性上具有优越性,为后期中医药临床关于老年性黄斑变性的研究和应用提供了新的思路。

By summarizing and sorting out relevant literature,it is found that age-related macular degeneration is a kind of retinal aging disease with increasing age worldwide.It can be classified according to the presence or absence of destructive blood vessels that invade the retina,which can be divided into dry and wet age-related macular degeneration.At present,the pathogenesis of age-related macular degeneration is not well understood.In terms of treatment,Western medicine focuses mainly on anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy for age-related macular degeneration,but this program requires high patient compliance and will increase the financial burden of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has made a series of fruitful achievements in the cognitive and therapeutic dimensions of age-related macular degeneration.By studying the ways and methods of treating age-related macular degeneration in traditional Chinese medicine,its therapeutic effect can be clearly understood and its therapeutic scope expanded,providing a certain theoretical basis and basis for future research on this disease,and applying better therapeutic means to clinical practice.Through consulting a lot of relevant information,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of agerelated macular degeneration was summarized to a certain extent.Traditional Chinese medicine has many ways to treat age-related macular degeneration,and its curative effect is exact.TCM decoction,Chinese patent medicine and acupuncture therapy have played an important role in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration.The combination of TCM medicine and acupuncture,and the integrative medicine in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration have achieved better results.A large number of clinical experiment results show that traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration,which provides a new idea for the clinical research and application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of later stage of age-related macular degeneration.
