甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Oral Hypoglycemic Agents in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Poor Glycemic Control

目的:探究甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法:将2020年3月—2022年6月邵武市立医院筛选入组的216例的血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者以信封法分为对照组和研究组,各108例。对照组给予预混胰岛素注射治疗,研究组给予甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗,均干预3周。对比两组糖代谢水平、脂代谢水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,研究组的餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及空腹血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及总胆固醇水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为4.63%(5/108),与对照组的12.96%(14/108)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.674,P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者能改善糖代谢水平,调节脂代谢水平,提高生活质量且安全性佳。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Insulin Glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with poor glycemic control.Method:A total of 216 type 2 diabetes patients with poor glycemic control who were screened by Shaowu Municipal Hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were divided into the control group and the study group by envelope method,with 108 cases in each group.The control group was treated with premixed Insulin injection,and the study group was treated with Insulin Glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic agents,the intervention lasted for 3 weeks.The levels of glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of triacylglycerol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the score of life quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.63%(5/108),which was lower than 12.96%(14/108)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.674,P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin Glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic agents can improve the level of glucose metabolism,regulate the level of lipid metabolism,and improve the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes who have poor glycemic control.
