音乐疗法干预联合综合性健康管理对GHD患儿精氨酸联合可乐定激发试验不良反应发生率的影响

Effect of Music Therapy Intervention Combined with Comprehensive Health Management on The Incidence of Adverse Reactions of Arginine Combined with Clonidine Provocative Test in GHD Children

目的:探讨音乐疗法干预联合综合性健康管理对生长激素缺乏症(GHD)患儿精氨酸联合可乐定激发试验不良反应发生率的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年5月于新余市妇幼保健院接受精氨酸联合可乐定激发试验的GHD患儿100例,将其从1编号,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,两组均50例,对照组接受综合性健康管理的干预方式,观察组在对照组的基础上联合音乐疗法进行干预。比较两组生理指标、护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率、心率和血糖均低于干预前,脉搏次数少于干预前(P<0.05),观察组收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率、心率和血糖均高于对照组,脉搏次数多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.00%)低于对照组(14.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法干预联合综合性健康管理相比于单独应用综合性健康管理对接受精氨酸联合可乐定激发试验的GHD患儿在试验中所产生的不良反应具有更好的减轻效果,其对于患儿的血压及血糖水平的调节作用更好。

Objective:To explore the effects of music therapy combined with comprehensive health management on the incidence of adverse reactions of Arginine combined with Clonidine provocative test in children with growth hormone deficiency(GHD).Method:A total of 100 children with GHD who received Arginine combined with Clonidine provocative test in Maternity and Child Care Center Hospital of Xinyu were selected between January 2021 and May 2022.The children were numbered 1 and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given comprehensive health management intervention,while the observation group additionally given music therapy on the basis of the control group.Physiological indexes,nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate and blood glucose in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the pulse frequency were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate and blood glucose in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the pulse frequency was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in control group(84.00%)(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(2.00%)was lower than that in control group(14.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the application of comprehensive health management alone,music therapy intervention combined with comprehensive health management has a better effect on reducing the adverse reactions in GHD children during the Arginine combined with Clonidine provocative test,which has a better regulation effect on blood pressure and blood glucose levels of children.
