炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets Combined with Kuntai Capsules in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的临床效果。方法:选择阳江市阳东区人民医院妇产科2021年3—11月收治的PCOS患者82例,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与联合组,每组41例。参照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,联合组则在参照组基础上联合坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组生殖内分泌指标、窦卵泡计数、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平、子宫内膜厚度和Insler子宫颈评分,以及排卵率与受孕率。结果:两组治疗前各项生殖内分泌指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合组卵泡刺激素(FSH)低于参照组,性激素结合球蛋白(sex hormone-binding globulin,SHBG)水平高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组窦卵泡计数少于参照组,肌注注射用绒促性素日E2水平高于参照组,子宫内膜厚度大于参照组,Insler子宫颈评分高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组排卵率与受孕率均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗PCOS的效果优于单独使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,能够改善生殖内分泌紊乱状态,提升排卵率与受孕率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Kuntai Capsules in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 82 PCOS patients admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of People's Hospital of Yangdong District Yangjiang City from March to November 2021 were selected and divided into reference group and combination group according random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets,and the combination group was treated with Kuntai Capsules on the basis of the reference group.Reproductive endocrine indexes,antral follicle count,estradiol(E2)level,endometrial thickness,Insler cervix score,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in reproductive endocrine indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the follicle stimulating hormone in the combination group was lower than that in the reference group,and the level of sex hormone-binding globulin was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the antral follicle count in the combination group was lower than that in the reference group,and the level of E2 in the day of Chorionic Gonadotrophin for Injection for intramuscular injection was higher than that in the reference group,the endometrial thickness was greater than that in the reference group,and the Insler cervical score was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovulation rate and conception rate in the combination group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Kuntai Capsules is more effective than that Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets alone in the treatment of PCOS,which can improve the reproductive endocrine disorder and increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
