心理护理在精神疾病护理中的应用

Application of Psychological Nursing in the Nursing of Mental Illness

目的:探讨心理护理在精神疾病护理中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析漳平市中医院2021年1月—2022年1月接诊的150例精神疾病患者的临床资料,按护理模式的不同将患者纳入观察组(n=75)、参考组(n=75)。参考组予以常规护理,观察组予以心理护理,对比两组护理前后精神疾病病耻感量表中文版(SSMI-C)、日常生活活动能力评定量表(ADL)、精神科护理观察量表(NOSIE)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果:护理后,观察组SSMI-C中歧视、病情掩饰、积极效应评分和NOSIE评分均低于参考组,ADL、WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理应用于精神疾病护理中,可减弱患者的病耻感体验,增强其日常生活活动能力,还可减轻其病情,提高生存质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of psychological nursing in mental illness nursing.Method:Clinical data of 150 patients with mental illness admitted to Zhangping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were included in observation group(n=75)and reference group(n=75)according to different nursing modes.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing.The scores of the Chinese version of the stigma scale for mental illness(SSMI-C),the ability to assess activities of daily living(ADL),the nurses',observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)and the world health organization quality of life scale-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the SSMI-C scores of discrimination,disease concealing and positive effect and NOSIE score in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,while ADL and WHOQOL-BREF scores were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing in mental illness nursing can reduce the stigma experience of patients,enhance their ability of daily living activities,reduce their disease conditions and improve the quality of life.
