浮针疗法联合中药热奄包护理对气滞血瘀型腰痛的影响

Effect of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Package Nursing on Lumbago of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察浮针疗法联合中药热奄包护理对气滞血瘀型腰痛的效果。方法:选取江西中医药大学附属医院2020年4月—2022年6月收治的82例气滞血瘀型腰痛患者,按随机数字表法分为参照组、研究组,各41例。参照组实施常规护理+浮针疗法护理,研究组实施常规护理+浮针疗法护理+中药热奄包护理。对比两组护理总有效率、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]及腰椎活动度。结果:研究组护理总有效率较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理20 d后,研究组VAS评分、ODI评分均较参照组低,腰椎屈曲度、背伸度均较参照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气滞血瘀型腰痛患者采用浮针疗法联合中药热奄包护理效果较好,可减轻疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,提高腰椎活动度。

Objective:To observe the effect of Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package nursing on lumbago of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 82 patients with lumbago of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into reference group and study group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing+Fu's subcutaneous needling nursing,and the study group received routine nursing+Fu's subcutaneous needling nursing+traditional Chinese medicine hot package nursing.Total effective rate of nursing,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],lumbar function[Oswestry disability index(ODI)]and range of motion of lumbar were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 20 days of nursing,VAS score and ODI score in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and lumbar flexion and dorsal in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with lumbago of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type are treated with Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package nursing have better nursing effect,which can reduce pain degree,improve lumbar function and increase the range of motion of lumbar.
