摘要 血小板作为参与出血与止血、损伤反应和免疫调节等众多病理生理学过程的血液组成成分,其存活、能量代谢、活化和凋亡均受到Ca^(2+)和线粒体的调控。Ca^(2+)通道与Ca^(2+)传感器等多个方面共同调控血小板胞内Ca^(2+)的存储、释放及其稳态,从而影响血小板活化与聚集等功能。线粒体作为细胞进行有氧呼吸的主要场所,对于血小板的生理功能与生物活性具有重要意义。线粒体通透性转换孔的Ca^(2+)运输对于血小板的功能具有调控作用。本文综述了Ca^(2+)及线粒体对于血小板功能的影响,以期为相关血栓疾病的发病机制及治疗靶点提供新的思路。 Platelets are a component of blood involved in many pathophysiological processes such as haemorrhage and haemostasis,injury response and immune regulation.Platelet survival,energy metabolism,activation and apoptosis are all regulated by mitochondria and Ca^(2+).Calcium channels,calcium sensors and other aspects regulate the platelet intracellular storage and release of Ca^(2+)and their homeostasis,thereby affecting platelet activation and aggregation.As the main site of aerobic respiration,mitochondria is important for the physiological function and biological activity of platelets.Ca^(2+)transport through the mitochondrial permeability transition pore has a regulatory role in platelet function.This paper reviews the effects of Ca^(2+)and mitochondria on platelet function,with the hope of providing new insights into the pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of relevant thrombotic diseases.
