公立医院纪委作为党内专责监督机构,在护航医院高质量发展中具有重要作用。作者以某大型公立医院为例,详细介绍了医院纪委基于零缺陷管理理论,开展了包括建立全员化责任机制、建立零缺陷管理预防机制、强化工作过程和环节质量控制、建立完善防错措施于一体的工作缺陷闭环管理运动。医院纪委将工作缺陷管理作为开展纪检监察工作的重要抓手,切实履行第一监督职责,最大程度降低医院内部工作缺陷,助力公立医院高质量发展进程。

As a special supervision agency within the Party,the Discipline Inspection Commission of public hospitals plays an important role in escorting the high-quality development of hospitals.Taking a large public hospital as an example,the author introduces in detail that based on the theory of zero-defect management,the hospital discipline inspection commission has carried out a closed-loop management campaign for work defects,including the establishment of a full-staff responsibility mechanism,the establishment of a zero-defect management prevention mechanism,the strengthening of quality control of work processes and links,and the establishment and improvement of error-proof measures.The hospital Discipline Inspection Commission regards the management of work defects as an important starting point for carrying out discipline inspection and supervision work,earnestly performs the first supervision duty,minimizes the internal work defects of the hospital,and helps the high-quality development process of public hospitals.
