摘要
目的在突发公共卫生事件影响下,探讨护士工作投入、组织支持感与工作满意度的关系,为医院管理层制定政策和管理实施提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、工作投入量表、组织支持感量表、卡劳斯克/米勒满意度量表对江苏省某三级甲等医院170名护士进行问卷调查。结果江苏省某三级甲等医院护士工作投入总分(5.09±1.47)分,组织支持感总分(3.77±0.78)分,工作满意度总分(3.59±0.67)分,组织支持感在工作投入对工作满意度的影响中存在部分中介效应,中介效应占比48.40%。结论护士工作满意度处于中等水平,医院管理层可通过强化组织支持、提升护理群体工作投入来提高其对工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the relationship among nurses’work engagement,organizational support and job satisfaction,and to provide theoretical basis for hospital management to formulate policies and implement management.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 170 nurses from a Grade A hospital in Jiangsu Province by means of the general data questionnaire,Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9,Survey of Perceived Organizational Support and Mueller/McCloskey nurse job satisfaction scale.Results The results showed that the total score of nurses’work engagement in this hospital of Jiangsu Province was(5.09±1.47),organizational support was(3.77±0.78),and job satisfaction was(3.59±0.67).There was a partial mediating effect of perceived organizational support on the influence of work engagement on job satisfaction,and the mediating effect accounted for 48.40%.Conclusion Nurses’job satisfaction is at a medium level.The hospital management can improve their job satisfaction by strengthening the organization support and improving the work engagement of the nursing group.
