深圳市南山区2005-2022年疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

Analysis of adverse event following immunization surveillance in Nanshan district of Shenzhen during 2005-2022

目的分析深圳市南山区2005—2022年疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization,AEFI)发生的流行病学特征,评价AEFI监测工作开展运转情况,评估疫苗的安全性。方法通过疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统收集整理深圳市南山区2005—2022年监测个案数据,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果2005—2022年深圳市南山区共报告疑似预防接种异常反应病例1748例,报告发生率为9.20/10万剂。其中一般反应1411例(80.72%)、异常反应277例(15.85%)、偶合症60例(3.43%)。其中≤1岁635例占36.33%,男女性别比为1.33∶1,5月份(213例,占12.19%)报告病例最多。结论深圳市南山区疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统运转良好,但需加强接种单位相关工作人员业务培训、督导,提高监测敏感性。

Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of Adverse Event Following Immunization(AEFI)in Nanshan District Shenzhen City(2005—2022),and to evaluate the implementation of AEFI surveillance system and the immunization safety related to vaccines.Methods The AEFI data from 2005 to 2022 was collected through the China National AEFI Information System.The descriptive methodology was used to analyze the epidemiological feature.Results A total of 1748 AEFI cases were reported in Nanshan District Shenzhen City from 2005 to 2022,with a reported incidence rate of 9.20/100000 doses.Among them,there were 1411 cases of common reaction(80.72%),277 cases of rare adverse reaction(15.85%),60 cases of coincidence(3.43%).635 cases(36.33%)in infants were less than 1 year old.The sex ratio of male and female was 1.33∶1.The occurrence peak was May(213,12.19%).Conclusion The working condition of AEFI surveillance in Nanshan District Shenzhen City was going well.It is necessary to strengthen the training and guidance of relevant staff,in order to improve the quality of the surveillance system.
