摘要
目的评估以建构主义理论为导向促进实习护生主动学习的教学模式对临床实习护生学习态度的影响。方法将2021年6月—2022年3月在广州市某三甲医院外科实习的护理本科生76名作为研究对象,按实习批次分为观察组40人和对照组36人。对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学,如讲授法、示范法等,观察组在对照组的基础上采用以建构主义理论为导向,组织护生以小组为单位进行主动学习。比较两组护生参加临床教学活动时的学习态度、学习体验、学习兴趣等。结果观察组护生的学习态度量表总分(54.13±8.39)高于对照组(48.25±8.17),各维度学习兴趣、体验、习惯得分(14.18±3.38、16.38±3.20、14.85±2.71)高于对照组(12.36±1.79、14.56±3.26、12.83±2.77),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于建构主义理论指导下的主动学习教学模式有助于改善护生学习态度,提高学习积极性、学习体验等,值得在临床实习护生教学中推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of constructivism theory oriented teaching model to promote active learning of nursing students on learning attitude of clinical nursing students.Methods From June 2021 to March 2022,76 nursing undergraduates who were practicing surgery in a grade A hospital in Guangzhou were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups 40 nursing undergraduates in study group and 36 in control group.Control group using traditional teaching methods for teaching,such as teaching method,demonstration method,etc,On the basis of the control group,the study group adopted the constructivism theory as the guidance,and organized the nursing students to carry out active learning in groups.The study attitude,experience and interest of nursing students in clinical teaching activities were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of the learning attitude scale in the study group(54.13±8.39)was higher than that in the control group(48.25±8.17).The scores of learning interest,experience and habit in each dimension(14.18±3.38,16.38±3.20,14.85±2.71)were higher than those in the control group(12.36±1.79,14.56±3.26,12.83±2.77),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The active learning teaching model based on constructivism theory is helpful to improve the learning attitude of nursing students,enthusiasm and learning experience of nursing students,which is worth promoting in clinical practice teaching of nursing students.
