基于CiteSpace的百草枯中毒的热点与前沿趋势分析

A citespace-based visual analysis of hotspots and development trends in the field of paraquat poisoning

目的研究百草枯中毒领域近20年研究趋势,分析热点的演变规律,以预测未来研究发展方向。方法以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中核心集为数据来源,检索得到2003—2023年的与“百草枯中毒”相关性较高的文献814篇,使用CiteSpace软件对发文量、发文作者及团队、发文机构以及关键词进行可视化分析,并根据文献共被引、关键词聚类分析与时间演进分析、高突现关键词分析结果来确定“百草枯中毒”领域研究热点与研究前沿。结果文献发文量呈现先上升再小幅下降的走势;研究学者和研究机构以医院急诊科为主,发文作者之间的合作关系密切,形成明显的6个合作群体,以核心高被引作者为领军人物引领合作群体不断发展学术研究;百草枯中毒的重点研究领域可分为两个方面,一是百草枯中毒的急救护理;二是百草枯中毒毒理、病理研究以及预后预测的研究。结论如何将百草枯中毒的病理、毒理研究成果应用于治疗,进一步提升治疗效果有望成为该领域未来的研究热点,同时应加强各机构群体间、作者间的密切交流合作。

Objective To study the research trend of paraquat poisoning in recent 20 years,analyze the developing of hot spots,and predict the future research direction.Methods Using the core set of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database as the data source,814 literatures with high correlation with“paraquat poisoning”from 2003 to 2023 were retrieved.Citespace software was used to visualize the number of published papers,authors and their teams,published institutions and keywords.According to the results of literature co-citation,keyword cluster analysis,time evolution analysis and high emergence keyword analysis,the research hotspot and research frontier in the field of“paraquat poisoning”were determined.Results The number of published papers increased first and then decreased slightly.Researchers and research institutions are mainly in the emergency department of hospitals,and the authors have a close cooperative relationship with each other,forming an obvious 6 cooperative groups.The core highly cited authors are the leaders to lead the cooperative groups to continuously develop academic research.The key research areas of paraquat poisoning can be divided into two aspects,one is the emergency care of paraquat poisoning;The second is the study of toxicology,pathology and prognosis of paraquat poisoning.Conclusion How to apply the pathological and toxicological research results of paraquat poisoning into treatment and further improve the therapeutic effect is expected to become the future research hotspot in this field.Meanwhile,close communication and cooperation between institutions and groups and among authors should be strengthened.
