湿热体质人群肠道菌群分布特征分析

摘要 目的:探讨湿热体质人群肠道菌群分布特征。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月于广东省中医院二沙岛医院体检科体检的湿热体质人群30例纳入湿热质组;另选取同期在医院体检的平和体质人群30例纳入平和质组。收集两组人群粪便,通过16S rDNA高通量测序,并采用生物信息学方法对测序结果进行处理与分析,比较湿热质与平和质两种人群肠道菌群结构的不同之处。结果:湿热质组及平和质组的肠道菌群存在明显差异,湿热质组的Shannon指数低于平和质组(P<0.05)。主坐标分析(principal co-ordinates analysis, PCoA)显示,湿热质组和平和质组的肠道菌群结构分布差异较大(P<0.05)。门分类水平上,湿热质组拟杆菌门/厚壁菌门相对丰度比值呈下降趋势,疣微菌门的相对丰度低于平和质组(P<0.01)。属分类水平上,湿热质组中布劳特氏菌属、迟缓埃格特菌的相对丰度均高于平和质组(P<0.05),双歧杆菌属、Alistipes、Odoribacter、瘤胃球菌属、颤螺菌属、无色杆菌属、Anaerostipes的相对丰度均低于平和质组(P<0.05)。结论:湿热体质人群存在肠道菌群紊乱。 Objective:To explore the distribution characteristics of intestinal flora in people with damp-heat constitution.Methods:30 people with damp-heat constitution who had physical examination in Ersha Island Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the damp-heat constitution group,and 30 people with normal constitution were selected as the normal constitution group.The stool samples were taken from the two groups of people.16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing was performed,and the sequencing results were processed and analyzed by bioinformatics method to find the differences in intestinal microflora structure between the two groups of people.Results:There were obvious differences in intestinal flora between the damp-heat constitution group and the normal constitution group.The Shannon index of the damp-heat constitution group was lower than that of the normal constitution group(P<0.05).Principal Co-ordinates Analysis showed that the intestinal flora structure distribution of the damp-heat constitution group and the normal constitution group was different(P<0.05).At the phylum classification level,the relative abundance ratio of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes in the damp-heat constitution group showed a decreased trend,and the relative abundance of Verrucomicrobia in the damp-heat constitution group was lower than that of the normal constitution group(P<0.01).At the genus level,the relative abundances of Blautia,Eggerthella of the damp-heat constitution group were higher than those of the normal constitution group(P<0.05),and the relative abundance of Bifidobacterium,Alistipes,Odoribacter,Ruminococcus,Oscillospira,Achromobacter,Anaerostipes of the damp-heat constitution group were lower than those of the normal constitution group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gut microbiota imbalance exist in people with damp-heat constitution.
