温针灸推拿辅以中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床有效性

Clinical Effectiveness of Warming Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析温针灸推拿辅以中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床有效性。方法选择2022年1月至2022年12月我院收治的膝骨性关节炎(寒湿痹阻型)患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组30例患者予以中药蠲痹汤治疗,观察组30例患者在中药治疗基础上联合温针灸加推拿辅助治疗方案,对比两组患者临床治疗有效率及治疗前后VAS疼痛评分、膝关节HSS屈伸评分。结果观察组临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前VAS评分及膝关节HSS评分对比无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗2个疗程后观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组,膝关节HSS评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论温针灸推拿辅以中药治疗膝骨性关节炎效果确切,适宜临床应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of warm acupuncture and moxibustion and massage combined with Chinese herbs in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis(cold dampness arthralgia type)admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.30 patients in the control group were treated with Juanbi decoction.30 patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion plus massage as an auxiliary treatment scheme.The clinical treatment effectiveness,VAS pain score before and after treatment,and knee HSS flexion and extension score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in VAS score and knee HSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After two courses of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the HSS score of the knee joint was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and suitable for clinical application.
