龙骨颈椎胶囊联合中药离子导入治疗颈椎病的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Longgujingzhui Capsule combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察龙骨颈椎胶囊联合中药离子导入治疗退行性颈椎病(cervical spondylosis,C/S)的疗效。方法纳入2021年7月至2022年8月丹东市中医院骨科门诊C/S患者90例。按门诊就诊顺序随机分为治疗组、对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组,每组30例。治疗组采用龙骨颈椎胶囊结合中药离子导入治疗,对照Ⅰ组采用龙骨颈椎胶囊治疗,对照Ⅱ组采用中药离子导入治疗。3组均以7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。治疗前后分别采用Oswestry功能障碍指数表(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)通过对患者体征、症状的积分进行比较与疗效评价。结果治疗后,3组ODI评分均有所改善,3组间比较疗效差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组(均P<0.05)。结论龙骨颈椎胶囊联合中药离子导入治疗C/S疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Longgujingzhui Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of degenerative cervical spondylosis(C/S).Methods A total of 90 C/S patients were included in the orthopedic outpatient department of Dandong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to August 2022.Randomly divide into treatment group,control group Ⅰ,and control group Ⅱ according to the order of outpatient visits,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Longgujingzhui Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine ion therapy.The control group Ⅰ was treated with Longgujingzhui Capsule,while the control group Ⅱ was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ion therapy.All three groups were treated for 7 days as a course of treatment,with two consecutive courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)was used to compare and evaluate the efficacy of patients'physical signs and symptoms.Results The results showed that after treatment,the scores of the three groups(ODI)dysfunction index table improved,and there was a statistically significant difference in efficacy between the three groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ(both P<0.05).Conclusions Longgujingzhui Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction has a significant therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis.
