精神分裂症患者经康复护理干预效果探究

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Patients with Schizophrenia

目的观察精神分裂症患者经康复护理干预效果。方法选取我院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的72例精神分裂症患者为本次研究对象,按照双色球随机分组法将患者分为对照组(36例:常规护理)与试验组(36例:开展康复护理干预),比较两组患者临床精神分裂症症状评分以及患者家属对康复护理干预满意度。结果试验组患者护理干预后PANSS得分为(52.43±5.51)分,低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者家属对康复护理干预效果满意度为(97.22%)显著高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者康复护理干预可显著提升治疗效果以及患者家属对康复护理的满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with schizophrenia.Methods 72 schizophrenic patients in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(36 cases:routine nursing)and the experimental group(36 cases:rehabilitation nursing intervention)according to the two-color ball random grouping method.The clinical symptoms of schizophrenia and the satisfaction of patients'family members on rehabilitation nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing intervention,the PANSS scores of the two groups were decreased after nursing intervention.The scores of PANSS in the experimental group after nursing intervention were(52.43±5.51),lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members of patients in the experimental group(97.22%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for schizophrenia patients can significantly improve the treatment effect and the satisfaction of patients'family members to rehabilitation nursing.
