手术室护理干预对剖宫产手术患者切口愈合效果及并发症的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention in the Operating Room on Wound Healing and Complications in Patients Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的探讨剖宫产手术患者配合手术室护理干预对提高切口愈合质量,减少并发症的作用。方法选择2022年1~12月在我院接受剖宫产手术的产妇100例作为研究对象,按照计算机病案随机编号抽取结果进行分组,对照组(50例)产妇配合常规护理干预;观察组(50例)产妇实施手术室护理干预,对比两组产妇护理前后心理状态、舒适程度予以评估,分析结果组间统计学差异。监测两组产妇护理前后手术应激指标变化。观察两组产妇术后切口愈合效果,记录两组产妇术后出现并发症的具体症状表现,统计总发生概率。结果护理干预前,两组产妇心态评分、舒适性评分组间对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组产妇抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组,舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时观察组患者护理干预后心率、血压监测结果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者切口愈合甲级占比高于对照组,并发症总发生概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对剖宫产手术患者通过开展手术室护理干预能够有效调节产妇不良心态,提高切口愈合效果,减少并发症问题,值得运用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of cooperation between patients undergoing cesarean section and operating room nursing intervention on improving the quality of incision healing and reducing complications.Method A total of 100 postpartum women who underwent cesarean section surgery in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The results were randomly selected based on computer medical records and divided into groups.A control group(50 cases)of postpartum women received routine nursing interventions;The observation group(50 cases)implemented operating room nursing intervention to evaluate the psychological status and comfort level of the two groups of postpartum women before and after nursing,and analyzed the statistical differences between the groups.Monitor the changes in surgical stress indicators before and after nursing care for two groups of postpartum women.Observe the wound healing effect of two groups of postpartum women after surgery,record the specific symptoms and manifestations of postoperative complications in both groups of postpartum women,and calculate the total probability of occurrence.Result Before the nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological and comfort scores between the two groups of postpartum women(P>0.05).After the intervention,the depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the comfort scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the monitoring results of stress indicators such as heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).In addition,the proportion of Grade A incision healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total probability of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting nursing interventions in the operating room for patients undergoing cesarean section can effectively regulate the negative mentality of postpartum women,improve the effectiveness of incision healing,and reduce complications,which is worthy of application and promotion.
