输尿管结石患者钬激光碎石术后护理中循证护理的应用分析

Application Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing in Postoperative Care of Patients with Ureteral Stones Treated with Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

目的分析给予输尿管结石患者钬激光碎石术后护理中应用循证护理干预所取得的效果。方法选取我院2021年6月至2023年1月时间段内收治的100例患者,且均行钬激光碎石术治疗方案。术后按照护理方式不同分为两组。对照组的50例取常规护理方案,观察组的50例取循证护理方案。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组术后24 h的皮质醇(Cor)、丙二醛(MDA)水平值均显示低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平值显示高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的钬激光碎石术组织损伤率(2.00%)显示低于对照组(22.00%),P<0.05;观察组的术后并发症发生率(4.00%)显示低于对照组(16.00%),P<0.05;观察组对护理服务的总满意率(96.00%)显示高于对照组(84.00%),P<0.05。结论给予行钬激光碎石术的输尿管结石患者循证护理方案,可改善患者应激水平,减小钬激光碎石术组织损伤率以及术后并发症发生风险,且患者对护理服务的满意度较高。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing intervention in the postoperative care of patients with ureteral stones undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 100 patients with ureteral stones were selected,all of whom were admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023,and all underwent holmium laser lithotripsy treatment.After surgery,they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.50 cases in the control group received routine nursing plans,while 50 cases in the observation group received evidencebased nursing plans.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The levels of cortisol(Cor)and Malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group 24 h after operation were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of Superoxide dismutase(SOD)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The tissue damage rate of holmium laser lithotripsy in the observation group(2.00%)was lower than the statistical value of the control group(22.00%),P<0.05;The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than the statistical value in the control group(16.00%),P<0.05;The total satisfaction rate of nursing services in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than the statistical value of the control group(84.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Providing evidence-based nursing plans to patients with ureteral stones undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy can improve their stress levels,reduce the rate of tissue damage during holmium laser lithotripsy,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.Additionally,patients have a high level of satisfaction with nursing services.
